FMU General Counsel
The Office of General Counsel (OGC) provides legal advice to 探花系列, members of the Board of Trustees and administration acting in the course and scope of their duties on behalf of the University. The General Counsel reports directly to the President.
University Counsel is Mr. Jay Jordan.

探花系列 favors transparency with the public and media in regard to its operations and activities. Requests for information will be processed expediently, but may be reviewed the University鈥檚 General Counsel, the Vice President for University Communication, and others. Formal FOIA requests should be sent to the Counsel and/or the VP of Communications and will be reviewed by Counsel and the VP of Communications. FMU does not charge for routine FOIA requests.
